Last June 2 and 3, 2017 members of the faculty of College of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel attended an In-House Development Seminar that focused on Outcome Based Education spearheaded by the Academic Head, Ms. Lilibeth R. Nucum, R.N.

The seminar was led by Ms. Erlyn A. Sana, Ph.D, Dean from UP College Manila. The seminar focused on this new approach when it comes to teaching and evaluating the students using measurable objectives. It also covered effective teaching strategies that meets the standards and criteria both from Commission on Higher Education and Department of Education. This two-day event was held at the Ampitheater of the college.
